Retina Care Center is a state of the art ophthalmic retinal facility that was designed specifically with you, the patient in mind. A great effort has been made to enhance your office visit and to cut down on wait time, all while offering an outstanding experience from the time you arrive until you leave our facility.

Jonathan Barofsky, MD, FACS

Jonathan Barofsky, MD, FACS is a Board-Certified ophthalmologist with advanced training in diseases of the retina, vitreous and macula. He provides care for patients with diseases of the retina that includes the treatment of age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears, retinal detachment, retinal vascular diseases, vitreous disorders and uveitis. Dr. Barofsky is affiliated with Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus in Lakewood, Ocean Regional Eye Surgery Center in Toms River, NJ, Community Medical Center in Toms River, Ocean Medical Center in Brick and Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. Dr. Barofsky is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Seton Hall - Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
